Le souffle qui sème

The Breath that Sows: A series of pencil drawings on Arches and Fabriano paper first shown as a collection at the Bibliothèque d’Ahuntsic in the summer of 2022. This work was intended as a return to the simple pleasure of exploratory drawing without photo reference. Each piece was custom-mounted on coloured mat board. Matching painted trim reveals natural wood along the edges—reminiscent of pencil crayons. A hint of colour echoes the frame in every drawing.
